RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY
At sugrskin, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the care that goes into each order.
Due to the nature of our items, we have a strict no returns policy for hygienic and safety reasons, so we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
Every product has a clear product description, including the scent, what the product is, the ingredient list, the packaging, etc. We understand that it may be hard, especially when trying out a new product, therefore we typically have smaller samples you can purchase before trying the original sizing. Any customers who would like a return or refund for a product regarding the above will not be accepted. We understanding how frustrating this can be, but as a skin and body care business, we must follow hygiene and safety protocols.
Customers are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we can no longer offer a refund.
Refunds are only issued if the issue is our responsibility, such as when an item arrives damaged due to our packaging process or if an incorrect product has been sent. In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so our customer care team can review the request.
Refunds or replacements will not be granted for damage caused by courier mishandling, change of mind, requests made after the 24-hour cancellation window, or for products that have been used, opened, or tampered with. All refund requests will be reviewed within 2–3 business days, and customers can contact us at sugrskin@gmail.com for support regarding this policy.
